The church has left the building! It's time for Project Serve, where we leave the four walls of the church, head out into the streets, and share the love of Jesus with our community. Today, Pastor Carlos shared the importance of getting out and serving and how that is what we are caleld to do as followers of Christ.

This teaching is part of our 2023 series, "Dwell: Abiding in the Shelter of the Most High.” In 2023, we will take another journey through the Scriptures, looking for the God-sightings in each book and seeing how we can learn to dwell in God's presence.

"Dwelling in Jonah and Micah" :: Carlos Cedeño

In the books of Jonah and Micah, we meet prophets who were sent to different people groups, each with a message calling them to return to God. In Jonah, we find a man who is reluctant to deliver God's message and instead runs away, enduring calamity and trouble as a result. In the end we see that God calls us to serve all people and give our lives to lead them back to him.
