"Dwelling in Nahum and Habakkuk" :: Elliott Johnson

In the books of Nahum and Habakkuk, the prophets deliver prophetic poems to the people as they are about to go into exile. They encourage the people that, while those who are guilty will be punished, that God is slow to anger and will guide them back to living victorious lives.

This teaching is part of our 2023 series, "Dwell: Abiding in the Shelter of the Most High.” In 2023, we will take another journey through the Scriptures, looking for the God-sightings in each book and seeing how we can learn to dwell in God's presence.

"The Books of Nahum and Habakkuk" :: Carlos Cedeño

Continuing our study of the prophets, Nahum and Habakkuk share more lessons for the people near the time of the exile. Nahum delivers another prop[hecy to Assyria, as Jonah did, and warns of their destruction. Habakkuk shares insight into dealing with God's judgment and how to view his correction. These are the books of Nahum and Habakkuk.

This teaching is part of our 2022 series, "Anchored,” and is part of our study on the prophets.
